What is Local AI Visibility Management?
It is ongoing management of the business information that supports local discovery: your Google Business Profile, website basics, business citations, and a monthly report. The intent is to make your business clearer to search and AI-assisted discovery systems. No placement or lead count is guaranteed.
How do you decide my service area?
We start with your business ZIP code, map a proposed service area within 25 miles, and identify nearby city names. We review the proposed coverage with you before using those place names to guide your Google Maps work. We don’t ask you to choose a city or county as the starting point.
What does the free website include?
Both monthly plans include a free basic seven-page website and free shared hosting. Website preparation begins when you express interest. During onboarding, we confirm the page outline and content with you. Custom features, extra pages, or work beyond the basic site can be discussed separately before anything is added.
What are the plan prices?
Visibility Starter is $197 per month. Visibility + Call Capture is $297 per month. Both include Google Business Profile management, website basics, citations, monthly reporting, and the free basic seven-page website with shared hosting.
What is the $300 setup fee?
The one-time $300 setup covers an audit, access setup, Google Business Profile rebuild where needed, and the call-text workflow when you choose Visibility + Call Capture.
When do I pay?
After you say yes, we confirm your business details and ZIP-based service area, gather access by invitation, complete the audit and website outline, then review the scope with you. We ask for the $300 setup and your monthly plan payment only after you approve the scope.
What happens in the onboarding process?
You share your business, contact, and ZIP details; we map a proposed area within 25 miles and review nearby cities; we gather profile, site, phone, and service information; you invite us to the accounts needed; we complete the audit and confirm the website and work outline; then you approve scope and receive payment links. You never need to email passwords.
What is missed-call text-back?
With Visibility + Call Capture, we configure and manage a text response for eligible missed calls. We review the message, trigger behavior, business hours, and response handoff with you before it goes live. Callers can reply, and your business handles the conversation.
Is the Thunderbolt add-on free?
For a limited time, Thunderbolt is included as a free add-on, stated as a $100 value, for eligible Visibility + Call Capture setups. We confirm availability and fit during onboarding.
Will you guarantee that I rank first or get more calls?
No. Search engines, map products, AI assistants, competition, and customer demand are outside our control. We commit to the defined work in your plan and report on the activity and signals available.
Do I need to share passwords?
No. We’ll explain which access is needed and ask you to invite our account or grant the appropriate role. Never send passwords through the contact form or email.
